Connie's Ph.D. research and writings are in Human and Organizational Systems. She holds a M.A. degree in Educational Psychology. She has taught in U C Berkeley Extension's International Business Program, at UCLA, Loyola Marymount University and other outstanding academic institutions. She lectures extensively on Creating A Balanced Organization and other topics related to improving the workplace for the benefit of the organization and its employees. She is a sought after keynote speaker and appears on television and radio as a subject matter expert on Work Life Balance. High level business men and women benefit from her executive coaching.
Her favorite program to conduct is KALIDESCOPE, an executive program that allows her to combine her training expertise with her skills as a catering chef and cooking teacher.
She is active in her community and provides pro-bono consulting and training to non-profit social organizations. She donates her culinary services to raise funds for local charities. As a significant personal achievement, Connie notes her ten years of work with Julia Child and Robert Mondavi, raising funds for Culinary and Enology students as a member of the Board of Directors of The American Institute of Wine and Food. She prioritizes spending quality time with her three children and four grandsons. She enjoys a menagerie of pets at her Lake California home and catching bass right off her deck.
