DELIVERY September 30 Grilled salmon/ pork or chicken with Jamaican seasoning; couscous with raisins, green onion,roasted red bell peppers stuffed with sweet peas.$15.00

DELIVERY September 30 Chicken satay - grilled chicken breast with homemade peanut sauce, white jasmine rice with black sesame seeds; snow peas with diced red and gold bell peppers.$15.00

Let us know if you want To mix items in menus. Just call, email or fax your selections. SPECIAL DIETS: We can usually accommodate special diet needs for Atkins, Weight Watchers (ask us for point counts) and medical restrictions. Please phone so we can discuss and clarify your exact needs.

Cook Class Schedule

Late fall 2004 COOKING CLASSES - MAKE AND TAKE Learn to cook 2-3 full meals and take home as many as you want to reheat or freeze.

MAKE AND TAKE CLASSES are limited to 6 people one Saturday a month at our Lake California professional kitchen.

MAKE AND TAKE MEALS that you take home cooked or to finish at home are $6 each, including groceries, ingredients, and recipes. Bring your own containers. Classes are 9-12 1st Saturday morning . Sign up two weeks in advance. CLASS $35

KIDS NUTRITION: Connie Herman does presentations to parent groups on nutrition for 2-6 year olds - how to get families to enjoy and learn about food. Call for more information. Non-profit organizations - no fee.
