  • Who trains the programs?
    We will train workshops or seminars for you or we will train and certify your employees to do the training.

  • How are costs determined?
    Costs for developing a new training program or modifying an existing one are calculated by the number of development days. Training fees ar determined by the number of participants, the hours of instruction, and the cost of materials. Travel may be extra.

    1. Balancing Work and Home

      Most effectively taught in 4 half-day sections or eight 2-hour sections.

    4. Capturing and Keeping Customers - Build strategies for improving quality and customer service; align with organizational mission, values, goals. Learn and practice skills for dealing with difficult customers. Learn skills and develop Action Plan for helping all employees take responsibility for making every (internal and external) customer experience a satisfied one.

    5. Presentation Skills: Beginning to Advanced Levels - All three parts of this program can be customized for any level of skill. Part One: Learning Theory and Styles; Part Two: Presentation Preparation, Techniques, Tips, Delivery; Part Three: Practice and video tape feeback.

      1. Value Clarification
        How to differentiate value indicators from values, to identify sources of value influence, prioritize, choose and activate individual and/or organizational values

      2. Goal Setting
        How to set and plan realistic, time-bound, measurable goals

      3. Project and Time Management
        Skills, processes and forms to mind map, identify resources, organize, schedule, complete and evaluate projects

    6. Maximizing Productivity while Increasing Job Satisfaction (in Downsized Organizations) Comparison of job description and responsibilities as perceived by employee and supervisor. Analysis and comparison of individual work goals, work team goals and company goals with one's personal goals and needs. Feedback,problem-solving and negotiating skills. Action plan to work with supervisor and work team on accomplishing goals.

    7. Aligning Organizational and Personal Goals Processes to increase job satisfaction and productivity; help people bring more value to the job while meeting their personal needs.

    8. Managing Changing Work Objectives
      Tools to define, negotiate, prioritize, plan and schedule all job responsibilities; manage changing expectations

    9. Life Planning Skills
      Includes "planner".

    10. The Professional Parent
      Skills and processes designed to help meet the needs of the working parents as well as their children, decrease stress and guilt, improve communications and relationships.

    11. Planning for Career Transitions
      Skills to make good decisions on the critical issues of personal needs, values, goals, relationships, internal motivators, personal environmental issues
